We're sorry to see you go. Follow the instructions below to request account deletion.

How Your Account Works

Math Booster uses automatic device-based identification. When you first open the app, a unique Device ID is automatically created for your device. This means:

  • No email or phone number is required to use the app
  • Your account is tied to your device's unique ID
  • All your progress is linked to this Device ID
  • You don't need to remember any login credentials

Important: This action is irreversible

Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. This includes:

  • Your progress and statistics
  • Battle history and rankings
  • Achievements and XP
  • Leaderboard positions
  • Daily streaks and goals

Step 1: Find Your Device ID

To process your deletion request, we need your unique Device ID. Here's how to find it:

  1. Open the Math Booster app on your device
  2. Tap on your Profile (bottom navigation or avatar)
  3. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  4. Scroll to About or App Info
  5. Your Device ID will be displayed there - copy it

Tip: The Device ID looks like a long string of letters and numbers (e.g., "abc123-def456-ghi789")

Step 2: Send Deletion Request via Email

Send us an email with the following information to request account deletion:

  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Device ID: (from Step 1 above) - Required
  • Display Name: Your in-app username (if you set one)
  • Reason: Optional feedback on why you're leaving

Alternative: Simply Uninstall the App

If you just want to stop using the app temporarily, you can simply uninstall it from your device. Your data will remain on our servers, and if you reinstall the app on the same device later, your progress will be restored automatically.

Only request account deletion if you want your data to be permanently removed from our servers.
