Troubleshooting Common Issues
App Not Loading↓
- Ensure you have the latest version from Google Play Store
- Clear app cache: Settings > Apps > Math Booster > Clear Cache
- Check if your device meets minimum requirements (Android 6.0+)
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
Connection Issues↓
- Check your internet connection
- Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
- Disable VPN if you're using one
- Math Battles require stable internet - offline mode is available for practice
Battle Not Starting↓
- Ensure stable internet connection
- Wait a few seconds for matchmaking
- If stuck, tap the back button and try again
- Check if the app is up to date
Progress Not Saving↓
- Ensure you have internet connection when finishing a session
- Don't force-close the app during practice
- Progress syncs automatically - wait a moment and check again
- If issue persists, contact support with your Device ID
Account Issues↓
- Your account is tied to your device ID
- Reinstalling the app may create a new account
- To recover data, contact support with your old Device ID
- Visit Delete Account page to request account deletion

How do I find my Device ID?+
Go to Profile > Settings > About. Your Device ID is displayed there. You'll need this when contacting support.
Can I use Math Booster on multiple devices?+
Currently, each device creates a separate account. We're working on account sync features for future updates.
Is the app available for iPhone/iOS?+
Math Booster is currently available only on Android. We're evaluating iOS development for the future.
How do I report incorrect questions?+
After answering a question, you can tap the 'Report' button to flag issues. You can also email us the question details.
How do daily streaks work?+
Complete at least one practice session each day to maintain your streak. Streaks reset at midnight IST.
Are there any in-app purchases?+
No! Math Booster is completely free with no hidden costs, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
